The features include opening Georgian style, Cottage or leaded windows, timber floor, fire resistant black, red or green shingles, ornamental hinges, optional matching window boxes and roof dome. Special features include double doors, with an opening window either side, and optional flower boxes as illustrated with tongue and groove shiplap loglap cladding and shiplap roof (with heavy duty mineral felt), 50x50 framing and shiplap floor on all buildings.
